Disadvantages of starting a car with a button

Push-button start was deemed to be extremely trendy a few years back. However these days, it has been revealed that push-button start is not as good as it seemed to be. Let’s see the cons of keyless cars:

• If a fob gets lost it will be more expensive to replace than a regular key
• Lack of proper training in push-button start and stop makes driving them harder.
• The lack of standardization leads to each manufacturer doing push-button ignition with unique methods.
• Most push key drivers have no knowledge how to override the system when the fob’s battery dies and they’d need to use the keys to start ignition.
